PROJECT VOIDED SLAB ACHIEVEMENTS:
The voided slab selected was able to accommodate the multiple MEP requirements of this technology focused building.
A dead load reduction of 352 cubic yards of concrete or approximately 713 Tons.
The removal of the concrete resulted in less cement and a lower carbon footprint reduced by 76 Tons of CO².
Basecamp 305 is a private school dedicated to creativity and learning for high achieving students from kindergarten to third grade. Cobiax USA voids will be part of the expansion of the school to Upper Elementary and Middle School students at a new building at 251 Washington Ave. Miami, FL. Cobiax USA CLS voids will be supplied in five different sizes for a gross area of 32,100 s.f. and will cover approximately 19,200 s.f.
